You probably won't be scared, just know that all Emporium Escape rooms are equipped with panic buttons to end the experience at any time.

In fact, this extra time will be used to introduce you to the game, let you deposit your personal items and get you to sign the participation release. After recovering the cursed object we could have a chat about the experience and a souvenir photo with props.

It is forbidden to enter the Emporium Escape room if you are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, to participate in the game you must be lucid, concentrated and in full possession of your physical and mental faculties, fun will still be guaranteed!

WEAR CONFORTABLE OR SPORTS CLOTHING

Inside the shops of the Emporium it may be necessary to use narrow passages, walk on all fours and climb stairs so elegance does not count, comfort and ease of movement are fundamental. We will provide you with a craftsman's apron where you can keep the clues you find along the way.

ONLY THE ESSENTIAL

It is not possible to enter the Emporium shops with mobile phones, take photos and videos, you will find everything you need inside them. You won't even be able to bring blunt objects, various tools, food and drinks with you, you will have the possibility to leave your personal effects in a safe place inside the store that only you will have access to.

USE YOUR BRAIN, NOT YOUR STRENGTH

The Emporium shops hide many secrets but to reveal them you don't need to use force but reasoning, intuition and teamwork.

Everything is at your fingertips, so you don't even need to climb on furniture or take anything apart, you don't even need to run, you can get help at any time if you think you don't have enough time to complete the mission.

THE GAME IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO:

suffers from claustrophobia, epilepsy, is in the state of pregnancy or has mobility difficulties. Some passages are narrow and needs physical involvement.

UNDER 18 YEARS OLD

The reservation can only be made by adults, minors can participate in different ways based on their age:

Ages 12 and up it is possible to play independently, a version with simplified clues is foreseen for both of our escape rooms. The games will always be the same but displayed with greater clarity, for this reason we ask you to always indicate, in the participation confirmation message, if the group will be made up of only minors in order to be able to prepare the room for their needs.

From 12 to 18 years is expected to compile a disclaimer by an adult responsible for each participant and an adult must remain on site during the course of the game.

The youngest, from 6 to 11 years, they can only play in the company of adults.
